By accessing or using the Juy AI platform, services, or any related applications (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TenDegree LTD.

2. Eligibility

To use Juy AI, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Not be barred from using our services under applicable laws or sanctions

3. Description of Services

Juy AI provides AI-based image services, including:

• Text-to-image generation
• AI-powered photo repair and enhancement
• Inpainting and visual editing tools

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for suspected or actual misuse.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. Payments are processed via Stripe, and by subscribing you agree to:

• Pay all fees and taxes applicable to your chosen plan
• Allow Stripe to store and process your billing details
• Understand that fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled in your account settings before the next billing cycle.

6. User Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to:

• Content you upload (e.g., photos)
• Prompts and text inputs
• Images generated via our AI tools

However, by using the Service, you grant Juy AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, display, and store your content for the sole purpose of providing the requested services.

We do not use your content for model training, marketing, or redistribution without your explicit consent.

7. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to use the Service to upload, create, or distribute any content that is:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW
• Involving nudity, sexual acts, or suggestive imagery
• Violent, hateful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• Defamatory, deceptive, or infringing on others' rights
• In violation of local, national, or international laws
• Malware, spam, or other harmful code

We employ automated and manual moderation systems. Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal of the offending content
• Suspension or termination of your account
• Reporting to legal authorities where appropriate

8. AI Output Disclaimer

The images generated by our AI models are synthetic and may sometimes produce unexpected or inaccurate results. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• You are solely responsible for how you use and share such content
• We disclaim all liability for any harm resulting from the output

9. Intellectual Property

The Juy AI platform, its source code, interface design, and AI models are the exclusive property of TenDegree LTD. You may not:

• Copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the platform
• Use our name, logo, or brand without prior written consent

All rights not explicitly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have:

• Violated these Terms or applicable laws
• Misused the Service or uploaded prohibited content
• Harmed other users, our systems, or our reputation

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing us or using your account dashboard.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your content may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenDegree LTD and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, income, profits, or goodwill
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• AI-generated content you find offensive, misleading, or inappropriate

Total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by you in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TenDegree LTD and its affiliates from any claim, demand, liability, or expense arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Your infringement of another's rights

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top
• Notify you by email or prominent notice (if changes are significant)

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
